Fitness coach/ strength and conditioning coach
I focus on functional movement and increasing athleticism in everyone of my clients. All workouts can be modified from the beginner to the advanced. My goal is to help people move well and live a healthy lifestyle.
I currently offer two early morning group classes that run at 430am and 540am on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The cost per group is $165 a month which includes the gym fee. Evening sessions run Monday through Thursday at 6pm and run $15 a session. Other hours are available for private and group training.
